Dr. Rickey Singleton

Dr. Rickey Singleton is a man of many talents and titles; pastor, teacher, author, broadcaster, musician and entrepreneur. He is the Pastor of The Spirit of Grace Church International, founder of Supernatural Empowerment Ministries, an official Hammond Organ Endorsee, author of several books including  and the owner of the Richard’s Super Premium Ice Cream Company. He has owned multiple FM radio stations, and hosted several radio and national television programs.

“For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin: that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” ~ 2 Corinthians 5:21

Rickey was born on the west side of Chicago, in an area well known to be underprivileged and racially segregated. However he refused to allow his modest upbringing to determine his success in life. Receiving his God given purpose at an early age, by the Grace of God Rickey ascended beyond all expectations to great heights.

One late night in 1977 while reading E.W. Kenyon’s book, “The Two Kinds of Righteousness”, Dr. Singleton had a powerful experience, the biblical message of the substitutionary work which God wrought for us through Christ was revealed to him in a divine burst of clarity and supernatural insight. One particular scripture quoted in the book exploded within him, 2 Corinthians 5:21, “For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin: that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” This scripture literally exploded and flooded his life with a great light, which transformed the traditional message of holiness Dr. Singleton had began teaching years prior, into one of Grace and Supernatural Empowerment which he has been teaching ever since.
